Returns & Exchanges

  • 14kt Gold or Diamond: we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of the date you receive your order. We do not provide refunds on Gold or Diamond orders as they are custom and made to order.
  • Sterling Silver: you may exchange or return any unworn and unaltered solid Sterling Silver piece within 14 days of the date you receive your order.
  • To protect our jewelry and your return package, we will issue you a Return Label to make sure each package is insured properly for its value. Items for exchange will be inspected before accepted. Exchanges, credits, and returns will be processed for accepted items, excluding original and return shipping fees.
  • Merchandise should be returned in its original condition with the original Alex Woo packaging. Please include a copy of your receipt and a letter stating the reason for your return.
  • Please note this does not include any custom orders or Gift Card purchases which are final sale.
  • Email us at concierge@alexwoo.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (*no exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number. Please note all RA numbers will expire after 7 days).
  • Merchandise showing signs of wear, resizing, or damage in any way will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender (at the sender's expense).
  • Alex Woo reserves the right to refuse any exchange/return of any item that does not meet the above requirements.

Repairs

Alex Woo stands behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within 6 months based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
