Shipping

Depending on your location, we use multiple carriers to deliver your orders - UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS. Once we provide a tracking number, you will be notified of which carrier will be delivering your package. Please note that these carriers may be modifying the services they offer given the unprecedented situation brought on by COVID-19. You can stay up-to-date by visiting the UPS , FedEx, DHL, and USPS websites.

Also, to ensure safe delivery of your order, it is highly recommended that an adult is at your location to receive the package in person. If you need your order by a certain date, then please contact us and we will do our best to accomodate your request. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding. We take the utmost care in creating, processing, and shipping your order from our NYC workshop. Every piece is thoroughly inspected by our Quality Assurance team to ensure the quality and accuracy of your order. All of our jewelry is lovingly made-to-order in the heart of New York City, just for you! Please allow 5-10 business days for processing (excluding gift cards) on all orders.

We understand that milestones and life's special moments can be sometimes unexpected. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request. Should your order be delayed for any reason, we will notify you as soon as possible.

When your one of a kind jewelry is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information via email.

Any changes or updates to an order's shipping address after the order has been shipped will result in additional charges. If your order is sent back to Alex Woo by the shipping company due to failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

All taxes are based on state and local tax laws and tax rates for the delivery address given. If you return an item for a refund, you will receive a refund for the taxes that were applied to that item. Where required, tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling costs. Please note you will not receive a refund for taxes on shipping costs once the order has been shipped.

 

US Domestic Shipping Rates (for the 48 Contiguous States)

Orders up to $300 (without signature) = $10.00
Orders up to $300 (with signature required) = $15.00
Orders up to $1,000 (without signature) = $15.00
Orders up to $1,000 (with signature required) = $20.00
Orders above $1,000 (without signature) = $20.00
Orders above $1000 (with signature required) = $25.00


International Shipping

Alex Woo proudly ships worldwide via DHL and all international orders are guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery.

Please note that shipping rates do not include any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied. Recipients outside the U.S. are responsible for any import duties, clearance or brokerage fees and handling charges. Applicable customs duties are charged once the package reaches its destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the package. We have no control over these charges nor can we advise on the cost. Please contact your local customs authority in order to determine this.

All International orders will be shipped via DHL or FedEx International Priority and are guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery.
