Each design is made-to-order and shipped from our New York City studio – just for you! Please allow 1-5 business days for processing (excluding transit time) on all non-custom orders. If you need your order by a specific date, please email concierge@alexwoo.com immediately.

Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Please note our complete guidelines for all returns, exchanges, and repairs here. This does not include any custom orders, which are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable.
