Radical surgery hasn't dimmed Christina Applegate's spirits, as she showed while heading to an L.A. Salon on Sept. 4. The actress - who underwent a double mastectomy earlier this year after being diagnosed with breast cancer - is looking both upbeat and stylish. Fresh from her nomination for one of the most prestigious accolades in the industry for her role in the hit Samantha Who? all looks bright for this talented actress and we hope she wins an Emmy. In the photo she is still wearing the Little Letter Question Mark and Open Heart Pendant that she wore earlier on Good Morning America.
