Stacy Keibler wears Alex Woo’s Little Princess Heart Earrings during a workout!
Actress Rachel Bilson stars as Zoe Hart in the CW’s new series “Hart of Dixie,” a fish-out-of-water story about a New York City doctor adjusting to life in a small Southern town after she inherits a local medical practice. As a fast-talking New Yorker, she aspires to be like her father and become a cardio-thoracic surgeon, but when her dreams fall apart after four years of residency at a New York hospital, Zoe takes up an offer work in a small medical practice in the town of Bluebell, Alabama. She decides to become a general practitioner for a year and look after patients as “people to help, not puzzles to solve.”
Created by The OC and Gossip Girl team, the show definitely has some of the same witty one-liners and eye-candy that helped propel the other shows to success. In the “Faith & Infidelity” episode, Rachel wears Alex Woo’s Sienna earrings.

I still can’t get enough of bows which is why I gasped when I saw this beautiful bow detail on a couple dresses at the Marc Jacobs Fall 2010 Collection during Fashion Week. Recently, I’ve been eying this Tiffany’s Gold Bow Necklace. But more importantly, ever since I saw this @katespadeny tweet, I’m obessed with this Kate Spade All Wrapped Up Bow Ring as well as the Kate Spade Moo River Bow Ring. Diamonds are every girls best friend! If you want to feel like the princess that you are, then Audrey Magazine recommends that you layer on some sparkly jewels from Alex Woo’s Little Princess collection, such as the Little Princess Diamond, which is available in sterling sliver, 14 karat yellow gold and 14 karat white gold with diamonds. Every girl deserves to indulge in life’s luxuries, and there is no better way to do so than by wearing this intricately refined pendant, which adds the perfect touch of beauty to any outfit.
We’ve always been a big fan of Alex Woo jewelry. We first featured her designs in 2003 when Audrey first arrived on the scene, and she’s been a regular within our pages since.
She creates amazing designs, from simply bold to intricately minimalist. I especially love her Narissa collection (now in rose gold vermeil, my latest obsession!), with its organic/mosaic/faraway feel.
We love that she’s still going strong, and now she’s getting some serious celebrity love, too.
The Korean girl band Girls’ Generation are sporting Alex Woo’s silver “9″ necklace. The nine-member pop group is mega big in Asia, and they have no shortage of fans on this side of the Pacific.
My personal favorite from her icon collection is her “Little Princess” star earrings. A funky version of the classic diamond studs — I’d wear them anywhere! (Hint, hint!)
Alex Woo’s latest project is a collaboration with Christina Applegate on a new design to fight breast cancer.
The “Tree of Life” pendant represents harmony, hope and renewal, according to Alex, and each of the seven leaves serves as a reminder to live every day of the week to the fullest. Net proceeds go to Right Action for Women, a Christina Applegate Foundation, which encourages women to educate themselves about breast cancer and provides funding for the expensive MRI screenings that help in early detection.
Alex’s mother passed away from breast cancer and since then the jewelry designer has been actively involved with a number of charities. She has a number of designs that benefit a variety of charities. – Posted by Anna M. Park in Audrey

Chris Martin of Coldplay is on the cover of this month’s Rolling Stone and in the revealing interview he talks about about always being the underdog despite their rise to one of the biggest rock acts of the decade. “You’ve got to be hungry,” he says. “If your wife went out with Brad Pitt, you’d want to prove yourself, you know what I mean?”
What was the first music you responded to as a kid?
Probably Bad, by Michael Jackson, and “Take on Me,” by A-ha. And then we’d always be in church, so the thing I heard most was hymns. That’s probably where all the life-and-death stuff in our music comes from.
In the Beauty and the Beast feature, American bluegrass-country singer and fiddler Allison Krauss is wearing Alex Woo’s Little Princess Star. During her career she has won 26 Grammy Awards, making her the most awarded female artist (and the third most awarded artist overall) in Grammy history. A star has never been more deserving…

Written by The O.C.’s Josh Schwartz and Stephanie Savage, and directed by Mark Piznarski, the series stars Leighton Meester and Blake Lively as Blair and Serena respectively, rich Manhattan rivals at a private school in New York.
Considered one of the hottest new shows, rounding out the fine young cast is Taylor Momsen as Jenny, a freshman from Downtown Soho, who tries to fit in with the wealthy kids from New York’s Upper East side.
Gossip Girl Looks: In the episodes, watch Blair, Jenny, and Vanessa as they show off their own unique fashion sense and you will also spot Alex Woo jewelry. Blair’s look – very well thought out meticulous Americana with old Hollywood glamour has the Little Letter B and W (diamonds of course). While Jenny, free-spirited and ambitious, wears vintage clothing she creates herself with Alex Woo’s Little Question Mark or Little Princess Bow. Her background may keep her on the fringe of this exclusive clique, but her fashion taste and aspirations definitely do not! Not to be outdone, Jessica Szohr (Vanessa), can be seen wearing Woo’s Narissa Necklace. Alex Woo was also featured in Eric Daman’s Fashion Series Week 1 for Serena and Blair.
Metal Winner: Leave it to a multiplatinum-selling siren to put a fresh spin on the season’s metallic accents. Topping off khaki separates with gilt accessories and bronze makeup, our cover girl perfects golden-girl style.

Fully Grown and Pretty, Too
“West Side Story’s” Maria felt pretty (and witty and bright, and pitied the girls who weren’t her tonight, especially the girls whose boyfriends were about to knife their brothers in a rumble). It’s good to feel pretty.
“This summer’s ‘pretty’ appeals to even the edgiest, least prissy among us, because it’s lovely without being fussy, and feminine without being girly,” says Dannielle Romano, editor-at-large of DailyCandy, a fashion/style/gadget/travel newsletter and Web site. This means pretty is no longer owned exclusively by size 0, or J. Lo glam, or corseted, ’50s-looking things.
“It’s a very grown-up, well-traveled pretty. Bohemian silhouettes, ethnic embroidery and detailing, frothy fabrics. . . . It’s a thinking woman’s pretty,” she says. And best of all it flatters, says Romano, “and draws on the likes of Ali McGraw and Joni Mitchell, rather than the cliched, insipid stuff one usually envisions when thinking ‘pretty.’”
Featured in the story is Alex Woo’s classic Heart Pendant.
