In this month’s Shape, actress Alicia Silverstone discusses a diet that has changed her body and is photographed wearing Alex Woo’s Skylar necklace (a gemstone version of the Skylar Lariat).
Outside of the movies she has made since starring in the hit 1995 comedy “Clueless,” she says her biggest change came eight years ago when she became a vegan. “It transformed my life,” says Alicia now 30. “My hair, my skin, my body – everything improved. Plus, I have more energy.”
