All orders are scanned for accuracy before leaving our workshop. Due to the production time involved with each designer piece, you will receive your order within 5 to 10 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please indicate this in the special instructions section of the order form and we will do our best to accommodate you. If you have ordered an item that is not available or that is delayed, we will notify you of the situation via e-mail. Once an order is shipped, you will be e-mailed with a tracking number. Packages can only be delivered to street addresses and will require signatures.

total order up to $800 = $14.00
total order up to $1,200 = $18.00
total order up to $2,000 = $25.00
total order up to $3,000 = $30.00
total order up to $4,000 = $40.00
total order at or above $5,000 = $50.00

Please note that "Premium Shipping" (Next Day Air) is from the day your piece is ready will be an additional $30. Please request this in "Special Instructions" at checkout. Additional charge will be added when shipped.

International Shipping

Alex Woo gladly accepts International Orders from the following countries: Australia, Canada, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Puerto Rico, Singapore, Spain, and United Kingdom. Shipping to any International location (including Canada and Puerto Rico) will be an additional fee depending on your specific location. Please be aware that shipping rates does not include any local customs, duties, or taxes that may be applied. All International orders will be shipped via FedEx International Priority and is guaranteed and insured for door-to-door delivery.

Care of Jewelry

We hope you enjoy your Alex Woo Jewelry for many years to come, and here's a few tips to help keep them clean:

Diamonds & Gold pieces - Diamonds may be a girl's best friend, but they still need some love and attention. Use a solution of warm water and a few drops of mild dish washing liquid. Gently scrub with a soft-bristle toothbrush. Rinse with warm water and dry with a soft cloth.

Sterling Silver pieces - With sterling silver, remember that tarnish (dulled luster or discolor) is a natural process caused by oxidation, but can easily be brought back to life with a non-abrasive silver polish or dip. For matte finished areas, clean the jewelry with a paste made of three parts baking soda to one part water.

Jewelry storage is important as well, so when you are not wearing your jewelry, we recommend that you store it in an airtight and dry lined case or soft pouch. We also offer Jewelry Care Sets that include a jewelry cleaner and polishing cloth.


Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. You can exchange or return any unworn and unaltered piece within 14 days of the receipt date. Please note this does not include any custom orders which are final sale. Shipping and handling on returned merchandise is non-refundable. In order to make a return, please call us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (no exchange or refund will be obtained without a Return Authorization Number). All returns must include a return address, phone number, copy of your receipt, and a letter stating the reason for the return. Please note that RA numbers will expire 7 days after issued. For your protection, please insure the item for its full value and ship the item in a way that you can verify receipt (e.g. Fed Ex, UPS, USPS insured), as we are not responsible for the item until it is received, or for any shipping charges associated with the return.


Alex Woo stands behind the quality and handmade craftsmanship of all our jewelry. If your jewelry is in need of repair within 6 months based on normal usage, please contact us to obtain a Repair Authorization Number and send us the item with your receipt. Charges may apply and you will be notified at the time the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your protection, please send all returns via UPS or insured Parcel Post.
